Hello everyone. Welcome back to a new school year!   

Life Science-7th Grade

In 7th grade Life Science, I will be teaching on the characteristics of life, the needs of living things- how they function, what gives them energy, how to use a microscope, and the study of cells.   They will be doing an in-class cell project starting on September 23rd . They will be taking outline notes in class everyday based off of lecture, reading, the Promethean board flip charts and printouts.

Earth Science-6th Grade

  In 6th grade Earth Science, I will be teaching on all the Earth Science professions, the scientific method, contour maps, and the structure of the Earth.   They will be taking outline notes in class everyday based off of lecture, reading, the Promethean board charts and printouts.

Bible-7th Grade

In 7th grade Bible, I will be teaching on the different forms of worship, Psalm 139, the connection to worship songs and the Psalms, and searching for the scriptures and meanings in worship songs.   Students will be reading scripture everyday for 10 minutes and journal writing about what they read.   We will have open discussions on verses and there will be a memory verse test every Thursday.
