Hours of Operation: 7:00-8:20 A.M. and 1:45-6:00 P.M.

REGISTRATION AND FEE SCHEDULE

Registration Fee - $50.00 per family

All children using Kid’s Overtime MUST register.

KID’S OVERTIME IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR OCCASIONAL USE.

BEFORE SCHOOL ONLY: ALL GRADES

4 or 5 days a week	. . . . .	$120 per month

AFTER SCHOOL ONLY: ALL GRADES

In the event you need to change your child’s schedule, it must be in writing and given to the Director before the first of the month.

Tuition is due the first day of the month and is late after the 5^th. A late fee of $10 will be added to delinquent accounts after the 5^th. Payment should be paid with tuition or be put in an envelope with your child’s name on it and placed in the basket in the Kid’s Overtime Room or dropped off at the school office. Paying by check would be appreciated.

FEES FOR ½ DAYS AND FULL DAYS WHEN SCHOOL IS OUT

* Children registered 2 days a week will be charged $25 for ½ day and $35 for a full day.

· Children registered for 3 days or more—no extra fees required.

OTHER CHARGES:

· All checks returned by a bank for insufficient funds will be charged a $20 fee.

· A late fee of $10 for each child will be charged for every 10 minutes past 6:00 p.m.

· Children must come only on number of days a week days registered. A $10 an hour fee will be charged on any extra day.

· SIGN-IN AND SIGN-OUT—To help ensure safety for each child, all students must be signed in by the parent in the morning and signed out by the parent in the afternoon.

KID’S OVERTIME POLICIES

1. Insurance requirements for Kid’s Overtime are very stringent and do not allow for any exceptions. Anyone on the Kid’s Overtime campus during Kid’s Overtime hours must be under complete supervision of Kid’s Overtime personnel.

2. A registration fee per family must be paid if using Kid’s Overtime. There is no occasional use.

3. There is no reduction in fees for days missed due to illness, vacation or

other reasons. When you enroll, you are reserving the time, space, and supervision for your child whether in attendance or not.

4. Each child must be signed in immediately upon arrival in Kid’s Overtime.

5. The parents or designated responsible adults must sign their child(ren) out before they may leave campus.

6. The children must stay in the Kid’s Overtime area and are subject to all Kid’s Overtime rules and regulations about equipment, etc. Only children registered in Kid’s Overtime may be in the Kid’s Overtime area.

7. NO ONE who has not officially signed in may be in the Kid’s Overtime area!

8. A late fee of $10 for each child will be charged for every 10 minutes past 6:00 P.M.

9. Children who are registered for 2 days a week will be charged $25 for ½ days of school and $35 for a full day of day care.

CHILDCARE EMERGENCY USE

Children who are not registered and placed in Kid’s Overtime before 8:20 a.m. or after 1:55 p.m. (for kindergarten) or 3:10 p.m. (for grades 1-8) will be considered emergency use. You will be charged a $15 flat rate per child for a.m. care and $15 per hour for the p.m. use, not to exceed $30 for the afternoon use session.

EMERGENCY USE IS NOT TO EXCEED 8 TIMES PER FAMILY PER YEAR. On the 9^th use and after each child will be charged $2 for every 5 minutes. If emergency care falls on a half day, the fee is $15 per hour not to exceed $50.
